AI Data Leader provides AI-generated analysis, benchmarking, and recommendations based on information you provide. Our outputs are intended as strategic guidance to inform your decision-making — not as professional consulting advice, auditing, or legal counsel.

We are not liable for business decisions made based on our outputs. You remain fully responsible for how you use the information we provide.
The Data Strategy Report costs $299 (USD) as a one-time payment, processed securely via Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases — your price is locked at time of purchase.
Because the report is generated and delivered digitally within minutes of payment, we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered. If you have not yet received your report due to a technical issue on our side, contact us at hello@aidataleader.com and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate payments, technical failure), refunds are handled at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of all information you submit through our forms and interviews. By submitting information, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of generating your report.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate, does not contain confidential third-party data you are not authorised to share, and does not violate any applicable law.
We do not sell your input data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
The AI Data Leader platform, including its design, code, assessment framework, prompts, and methodology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written permission.
The report generated for you is yours to use for internal business purposes. You may share it with your team, board, or investors. You may not resell, sublicense, or publish it publicly without our consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Data Leader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business decisions made based on our outputs, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate material changes via email where possible.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
